Frozen Summit Oolong / Dong Ding Oolong, Organic
A heavily baked traditional oolong from the Dong Ding mountains in Nantou, Taiwan. The leaves are evenly and tightly rolled after the normal withering process. This darker roasted oolong has a ripe fruity aroma with a jade green to light golden colored liquor. Recommended for those wanting to transition from coffee to tea.
Brew with a water temperature of 195-203°F (90-95°C) for 1 minute for 1st & 2nd brewing. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.
