Rose Hip
Rose hips are a naturally rich source of vitamin C along with being caffeine-free. Rose hips are the edible seed pod (AKA the fruit) of the rose plant. While all seed pods are technically edible, rose hips are most often consumed when steeped as a tea. They have been sought after for decades as a cure for scurvy and other ailments. The roots and leaves of the rose plant have also been used in teas to prevent colds and flu.
