Sweet, Warming, Bold
One of our personal in-house blends, Rooibos Chai is a mix of red rooibos and a variety of comforting spices; cardamom pods and a few pieces of cinnamon bark deliver a burst of warming flavors with a sweet aroma. Red rooibos (Aspalathus linearis) is an ultra-fine, delicate herbal that holds a superior, natural sweetness that is unsurpassed by most any other unsweetened tea. When brewed, it produces a hearty red color with a warm and inviting scent.
Brew with a water temperature of 212°F (100°C) for 3-5 minutes.
