Lapsang Souchong is a smoked black tea originated from the Tongmu village in the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian, China. Our tea is harvested and handmade using the historic and genuinely traditional methods of producing Lapsang Souchong. The tea leaves are harvested from semi-wild tea bushes grown in Tong Mu Guan, are processed as a black tea, then are dried over smoldering pine wood fire unlike some poorer quality tea that add flavors to get the smokey qualities.

Brew with a water temperature of 190-200°F (88-93°C) for 2-3 minutes
