Shipping & Returns
Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days following receipt of order (order must have cleared payment status). You will normally receive your order within 2 - 7 business days following shipment. Some items may take longer.
Most orders will ship via U.S. Priority Mail at a flat rate. Actual shipping costs begin at $4.80 and may increase based on size of shipment and delivery distance. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order has been processed that includes the exact shipping costs to be charged to your credit card.
A street address is required. (We cannot ship to a P.O. Box!). Please note that shipping costs increase outside the continental U.S. (i.e. Alaska and Hawaii).;
Most products are in stock. If for any reason, a product you order is not in stock, you will be notified upon receipt of your order.
What can delay my order?
If the address you type in does not correspond to the billing address on your credit card - we will not be able to authorize your account until we contact you.
Track your order
You will be notified by the U.S. Post Office upon shipment of your order via the e-mail address you provide.
Customer Satisfaction is Key. We place a high importance on the sourcing and quality of our products. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied, we offer the following return policies:
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
We will only accept returns or exchanges with a receipt. Payments made via credit card will be credited back to the original card used, or a store credit can be issued.
Accessories must be unused and returned in the original packaging. If the returned item is found to be used or damaged, Goldfish Tea will not issue a refund.
Due to health concerns, we do not accept returned tea that has been opened. Unopened tea can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase.
Obtain a return confirmation number by sending your name, order number and reason for return. Include this number on the return shipping label.
All return shipping charges must be paid for by the customer, unless items are damaged upon arrival.
For your protection, we recommend you use a carrier that will insure your package and supplies tracking information. Please save the carrier receipt until you receive your refund. We will issue a refund to your credit card after our warehouse has received and processed your item.
Initial shipping costs to the customer are not refundable.

We will refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the product is shipped to you defective. You must report the defective product within 7 days from receipt of product for this policy to apply. After 7 days, Goldfish Tea will attempt to rectify the problem but can not guarantee a refund. We reserve the right to replace damaged or defective items as remedy.
In the event that a Goldfish Tea product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product listed at the incorrect price. Goldfish Tea will notify you at the time the error is discovered. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Goldfish Tea shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
